Grebes

Grebes were the first subject I seriously photographed, and they remain one of my favorites. I spent weeks around lakes and ditches, capturing their unique behavior. Known for their striking beauty and bizarre mating rituals, grebes became a central part of my photographic journey.

I still remember one particular moment—while I was photographing a pair near their nest, right as the parents were switching incubation duties, someone nearby suddenly shouted, “DO IT MAN, BAM BAM BAM!!!”
